HR -
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
The role will include the following :
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring of staff
Conduct orientation sessions and onboarding processes for new hires
Address employee queries and manage employee relations issues
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and confidential
Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation administration
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Up to 2 years in similar role in a mid-size organization
Tech savvy with excellent computer skills (Advanced Microsoft Office etc )
Experience in driving internal audits , MIS report , HR , Analytics.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to communicate clearly and focus on results; positive and professional disposition in every situation
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
MBA-HR graduate with at least up to 2 years of experience especially in recruitments
