Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Vidyaa Tech in Indore. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and all aspects of human resources.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR management, HR operations, and HR policies
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and human resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Relevant HR certifications or a degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Salary : 15000to 18000ctc per month

Experience required 1 year to 1.5 Years only
