Vatsplus Infratech Private Limited is a leading Solar EPC and Green Hydrogen company committed to delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions. We are expanding our team and are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Executive to help us manage and develop our growing workforce.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Human Resources Executive with 2-3 years of experience to manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers. Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Foster strong relationships between employees and management through regular communication and engagement activities.

Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes. Provide support in the development of individual growth plans for employees.

HR Compliance: Ensure the companys HR practices are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and ensure confidentiality.

Training & Development: Identify training needs and assist in organizing relevant training programs. Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.

HR Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Communicate and enforce company policies to ensure consistency across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
