Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Vanita Multispeciality Hospital in Jalgaon. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, including HR management, employee relations, HR policies, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and laws. Additionally, the Human Resources Executive will handle various HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
- Knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Strong understanding of human resources functions and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's/Master degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
