We're looking for
HR Professional FEMALE, here is the JD of the profile:-
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit interview and select applicants.
- Experience in Hiring candidates for various IT profiles.
- Must be good at conducting interviews and screening candidates.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
- Handling documentation such as MIS, Appointment letters, relieving letters, and appraisal letters.
- Day to Day Operations work.
- Maintenance of Attendance and Salary process
- Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies
- Organizing and managing events and other co-curricular activities.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
5 Days working from the office.
Only local candidates are prefered for this position.
