Job Description
As an HR Executive at SWAPNA WEDDINGS, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources functions. You will work closely with the HR team to execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives. Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing support for employee development plans.
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Support HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles or related administrative positions.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
