Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of HR practices, and the ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Oversee employee performance management, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and keep up-to-date with changes in HR legislation.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (6 months to 1 year).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
