Job Description

  • Gather the job requirements and staffing needs from departmental heads.
  • Maintain recruitment database and active employees database.
  • Post job vacancies on job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc. Post job requirements on social media.
  • Screen job applicants over the call (audio/video) and conduct on-site interviews.
  • Negotiate offers with shortlisted/selected candidates and explains the benefits.
  • Extend offer and issue offer letter/appointment letter and complete joining formalities.
  • Facilitate new candidates to open their salary accounts with their respective banks.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Update details of the new employee in the employee database.
  • Send new hire's details to the payroll department.
  • Conduct periodical feedback reviews with employees.
  • Conduct exit interviews and exit formalities for departing employees.
  • Issue Release letter, Experience letter / any other required documents to the employee.
  • Engage in employee engagement activity with team members.
  • Look after the day-to-day administrative tasks of the organization.
