Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Executive at Semina Agro Pvt. Ltd., located in Ranchi. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development. You will also play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR roles, with expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite
- Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
