Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the on boarding process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective
recruitment strategies.
Build a talent pipeline and establish partnerships with universities and industry networks.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal
requirements.
Manage HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools.
Administer benefits programs and liaise with external vendors as needed.
Culture and Engagement:
Develop and execute initiatives to enhance company culture and employee
engagement.
Organize team-building events, social activities, and recognition programs.
Actively seek and implement feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment roles, preferably in fast faced environment.
Strong understanding of HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
