Human Resources Executive

At Savvient we are a team of like minded specialists who think out of the box. Our HQ is located at Sydney, Australia and our technology branch is at Ahmedabad, GJ, India.

We are looking for enthusiastic and self motivated Junior HR Executive who can get on the feet and manage HR/ Admin operations in our technology shop.

Location is SBR, Thaltej - Ahmedabad, and within office space. Please do not apply if you're not in Ahmedabad or cannot move in two weeks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Recruitment: Sourcing candidates, through Job portals, advertisements, and other third party sources.

- Looking after Onboarding and Exit Formalities of employees

- Employee Engagement Activities and Programmes

- Support in implementation of HR policies and guidelines

- Identifying and managing databases of full-time employees, freelancers, management institutes, and any potential vendors

- Looking after the day-to-day Admin activities- Planning and executing office activities, festivals, supporting in management of social media accounts

- Documentation, Stationeries, housekeeping, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be competent with the Internet and Microsoft applications

- Can work independently and in a team environment

- Ability to hunt talent pool required by the company both at the junior and senior level

- Efficient in managing all routine admin and operational work
