Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Human Resources Executive Recruitment. The Executive Recruitment professional will be primarily responsible for Human Resources (HR) functions such as recruitment, selection, onboarding, and performance management.

You are applying to a group of companies including a real estate arm and a specialty chemicals manufacturing arm.

We are open to candidates who are willing to work on a contractual basis as well.

Qualifications

• Strong HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Experience in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and performance management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use innovation and creativity to resolve issues
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, especially in executive recruitment
• Industry-specific experience preferred
