The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, and a passion for finding the best talent.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop job descriptions
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records of all candidates in the ATS
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
