Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Specialist

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates aligned with our company values.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and manage the entire recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing demands.

Onboarding Specialist

  • Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to help new hires integrate smoothly into our company culture and become productive team members quickly.
  • Partner with managers to develop effective training programs that support employee growth and development.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Manage employee relations, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Implement a performance management system with clear goals, regular feedback mechanisms, and development plans to help employees reach their full potential.

Culture Champion

  • Play a vital role in shaping a positive and inclusive company culture that fosters motivation, engagement, and employee retention.
  • Develop and implement engaging employee initiatives and programs aligned with our company values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of demonstrably successful HR experience, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and a working knowledge of Indian labor laws preferred.
