This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance. The HR Manager will also play a key role in talent development, training initiatives, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

• Proficient in performance management and talent development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience with HRIS systems and software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
