Orthoheal Private limited, Vadodara is looking for dynamic Human Resource Professional.
Responsibilities
1. Proper documentation for the on boarding process.
2. All the documents and information for new joiners should be sent to the HR manager.
3. Keep track on attendance for plant employees
4. Compliance process must be done within proper timeline
5. Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
6. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees for performance improvement
7. Assess training needs and coordinate relevant training programs to HR Manager
8. Promote health and safety awareness among employees.
9. Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs.
10. Manage relationships with labor unions and Negotiate labor contracts and handle labor disputes.
11. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
12. Ensure the efficient operation of HR administrative processes.
13. Liaising with various government authorities.
14. Manage End to End Recruitment process.
15. Manage MIS report.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
A Masters degree and HR certifications.
2. Minimum of 2-5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proven ability to manage and resolve conflict.
6. Strong organizational and project management skills.
7. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
8. Proficiency in ERP HR software and Microsoft Office Suite / Google Doc/ Google Sheet etc.
Working Days: Monday- Saturday
