Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Modern Veer Rays Security Force. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for Statutory Compliance, Client based Contract Labour Act audits, work related to PF ESI,. Maintance record shop act, liasioning with govt authorities. employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions. The role is based in Ludhiana.
Qualifications
- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Strong knowledge of Contract Labour Act
- knowlege of PF, ESI, LWF, PT and Shopa Act
- Employee Relations and HR Policies expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in the security industry.
- Bachelor's degree.
