Job Description

Skills:
Attendance Management, Recruiting, Grievances,

Biometric attendance system.

Consolidation of Payroll with all inputs like Collection on attendance, leaves, new hires, employee information changes, and Reimbursements etc.

To maintain proper and accuracy timing of incoming & outgoing for the employees.

To monitor employees attendance system & report absenteeism.

Generate Monthly Salary for the Employees.

Maintenance Attendance, Leave Entries, over time Entries, and monthly master roll.

Making Full &Final Settlement of the employees.

Maintenance of Leave register

Joining formalities and Exit formalities

Monthly Lop details give to salary processing.

Monitoring Employee Probation confirmation.
