Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and organize team-building activities.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
- Help develop training programs and career development initiatives.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in data analysis for decision-making.
- Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions.
- Support ongoing employee development initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of employee benefit programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or related roles (internships included).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR principles and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: 10,257.05 - 25,000.00 per month
