Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR management and operations, including employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. They will also be responsible for the overall management of the human resources function and assisting in the recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Strong understanding of HR regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
