- Assist Human Resources Manager in planning, organizing and strategizing all the HR activities.
- Responsible to process error free payroll.
- Source suitable candidates, follow the interview process and release the offer letter.
- Take care of entire HR operations-Addition into medical insurance, PF,ESIC etc.
- Coordinate for the Onboarding formalities, induction and on job orientation.
- Exit formalities to be taken care to provide an effective exit process.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
