Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of HR practices and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support onboarding processes, ensuring new employees receive necessary documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate information.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems.
  • Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
  • Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR role.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
