The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of HR practices and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support onboarding processes, ensuring new employees receive necessary documentation and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate information.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems.
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR role.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
