Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role will primarily focus on recruitment, negotiation, and vendor management, ensuring we attract top talent while managing relationships with external partners effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and track recruitment metrics.
2. Negotiation:
- Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Work closely with management to develop competitive compensation strategies.
- Resolve any disputes or issues related to recruitment or employment offers effectively.
3. Vendor Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other HR service providers.
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure the best services and rates.
- Coordinate with vendors for background checks, skill assessments, and other HR-related services.
4. HR Administration:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
5. Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, vendor performance, and other HR analytics.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment strategies and vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and vendor management.
