YOUR DUTIES :
Recruitment:
- Collaborate with management on diversity initiatives for equitable hiring.
- Employ diverse methods for candidate recruitment, including social media and networking events.
- Conduct preliminary interviews, assessing interest, personality, and salary expectations.
- Evaluate candidate skills using standardized screening techniques.
- Actively contribute to building a diverse and skilled team.
- Meet with HR to understand hiring needs.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to compose job ads.
- Advertised job openings on various platforms.
- Analyze turnover and retention rates.
- Update job descriptions.

- Strategize Employee Retention
- Build Salary Structure
On-Boarding:
- Manage joining formalities, issue appointment letters, and facilitate document completion.
- Conduct induction processes, familiarizing new employees with company profiles and policies.
- Prepare new joiner data for employee code generation and HRMIS.
- Coordinate with vendors for ID cards and biometrics, verifying certificates.
General Administration:
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and provide constructive MIS reporting.
- Handle documentation related to recruitment, performance appraisal, and exit formalities.
-Create and Implement policies for the company.
- Develop HR-related forms supporting various policies.
- Streamline HR activities, formulating leave policy technicalities.
- Maintain MIS on the Employee Referral Program and ensure timely payouts.
- Coordinate with vendors for administration work, ensuring timely payroll and statutory compliance.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
Employee Engagement:
- Manage Employee Motivation & Morale through team-building and culture-building events.
- Drive Employee Safety initiatives and conduct Monthly One-on-One Sessions.
- Organize charitable events, environmental activities, and blood donation drives.
- Ensure employee welfare, safety, wellness, and health.
Performance Appraisal
- Design annual appraisal systems based on performance reviews.
- Facilitate communication between employees, supervisors, and management.
Exit Management:
- Administer the entire Exit Management Process, including preparing termination and severance letters.
