We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we'd like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Human Resources Executive at Hari Ram Godara. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development and implementation. This role is based in Udaipur and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience working in HR roles, preferably as an HR Executive or HR Generalist
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in HR software and systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
