Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is crucial in supporting our company's mission and strategic goals through effective HR management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures, and a passion for developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring processes. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and queries. Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluation processes, goal setting, and career development.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure company policies and procedures comply with federal and state regulations. Update and maintain the employee handbook and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation strategies and benefit programs. Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages. Administer employee benefits and handle inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- HR Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Monitor and report on HR metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Organize team-building activities and recognize employee achievements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in human resources. Hands on experience of using any HRMS, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
