Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at G4S Secure Solutions India Pvt Ltd in Gandhidham. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, implementing HR policies, Payroll, and overall human resources functions.

Qualifications

• HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and HR Policies skills
• Experience in managing human resources functions
• Knowledge of HR processes and policies
• Strong understanding of employee relations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
