Role Overview:
We are seeking an HR Executive to oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance within our fast-paced tour and travel company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and development process for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage hiring processes for roles like tour guides, customer service, and administrative staff.
- Employee Onboarding: Conduct new employee orientation and integrate them into the company culture.
- Performance Management: Oversee employee evaluations, feedback, and performance improvement.
- Employee Relations: Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate skill-building programs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HR software.
Salary Slab - 20K to 25K
