Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Implement and execute HR policies and procedures in alignment with company guidelines and local labor laws.
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and induction programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Administer employee benefits programs and resolve employee queries related to compensation, leave, and other HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events to foster a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
- Support the HR Manager in implementing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to employees and managers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage HR records and documentation accurately.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Fluency in English and local language(s) is required.
