Job Overview

We are Looking for Smart Non-IT Recruiter for Junior Level Position to Coordinate Mostly with Sales Positions all over India. the Job involves assisting in Basic salary/CTC Components to Payroll Manager. S/he will be Working with Progressive HR Team.

Job Role & Responsibility:-

• Present quarterly and annual hiring plans.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
• Salary Calculation and negotiation.

Skills and Qualification:

• Proven experience as a Non-technical Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience-

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in NON-IT , Preferably in Sales Recruitment & having Basic Knowledge of CTC/salary structure calculation

CTC- 4-5 LPA

Working days - 5 days in a week
