Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and other HR-related tasks.

• Strong knowledge and experience in HR management and HR operations
• Proven ability to handle employee relations and implement HR policies
• Good understanding of human resources practices and principles
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• Relevant HR certifications are a plus
