Role :HR EXECUTIVE
Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to support the company's HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Assist in on boarding new hires and ensuring a smooth induction process.
Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and escalate as necessary to the HR Manager.
Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain employee records and track performance reviews.
HR Operations:
- Maintain HR databases and ensure employee documentation is up-to-date.
- Manage payroll inputs, leave records, and attendance systems.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and organise employee training programs.
- Coordinate with department heads for skill enhancement sessions.
Employee Relations:
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 13 years in an HR role. Prior experience in recruitment and employee engagement is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems (HRMS).
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
