Key Responsibilities
Planning appointments and events
Creating regular reports and updating internal databases
Facilitating internal communication (e.g. distributing information and schedule presentations)
Suggesting more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
Meeting tight deadlines, working in a highly ambiguous environment, and switching gears at a moment's notice is a requirements.
Reviewing and recommending changes to company policies
Might require traveling
