Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. You will also be responsible for handling day-to-day HR management tasks and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

• Experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of human resources practices and principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with HR software and systems
• Relevant certification in human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
