Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team at BeeLush Co. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, HR consulting, and maintaining employee records. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques
• Familiarity with HR consulting practices
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures

• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Provide HR consultation to employees on various matters, including policies, procedures, and employee relations
• Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Update and maintain HR databases and systems
• Assist in organizing employee training and development programs
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR
• Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations
• Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives
• Stay updated on the latest HR trends and regulations
