Job Description

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2+ years

Salary: up to 3.6 LPA

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Executive whose primary responsibility is end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying talent, managing hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while aligning with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Management:
  • Oversee and process employee payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain payroll records, ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.), and resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for reconciliation and reporting.
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in talent acquisition by coordinating the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and ensure all documentation is complete.
  1. Employee Records and Compliance:
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including timely submission of statutory filings.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and provide administrative support in the review process.
  • Assist in drafting and issuing employee performance-related letters, including promotions, transfers, and warnings.
  1. Employee Engagement and Welfare:
  • Organise team-building activities, training sessions, and other employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.

  1. HR Policies and Procedures:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and recommend updates when required.
  • Educate employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  1. General Administrative Tasks:
  • Provide support in HR audits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to payroll management.
  • Proficient in HRMS/HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
