Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Executive whose primary responsibility is end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying talent, managing hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while aligning with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management:
- Oversee and process employee payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain payroll records, ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.), and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Collaborate with the finance team for reconciliation and reporting.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in talent acquisition by coordinating the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews.
- Conduct employee onboarding and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Employee Records and Compliance:
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including timely submission of statutory filings.
- Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and provide administrative support in the review process.
- Assist in drafting and issuing employee performance-related letters, including promotions, transfers, and warnings.
- Employee Engagement and Welfare:
- Organise team-building activities, training sessions, and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
- HR Policies and Procedures:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and recommend updates when required.
- Educate employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- General Administrative Tasks:
- Provide support in HR audits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to payroll management.
- Proficient in HRMS/HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
