Need a candidate HR executive with 1 - 3 years of experience in managing Recruitment and HR responsibilities.
Job Description:
Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling , disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up.
Assist and support manager and the team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
Assist in the communication and maintenance of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
Responsible for handling all the exit formalities including full &final settlement.
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly employee engagement activities.
Promote HR programs and policies to create an efficient and conflict- free work space
Good knowledge HRMS softwares and process.

Bachelor/ Master or MBA in HR or equivalent experience
