Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Scheduling:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, regret mailing, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for all stakeholders involved.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates.
Payroll Processing:
- Collaborate with finance and relevant departments to collect and verify payroll data, including attendance, leaves, etc.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues promptly.
Reporting:
- Prepare the monthly HR report.
- Recruitment
- Engagement
- Headcount
- Prepare and create ad hoc reports for generating management insights with high data integrity.
- Ensure the HR MIS sheet is up-to-date and accurate, managing employee records and data in a confidential manner.
- Regularly audit the HR database to maintain data integrity and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Owning the Onboarding documentation process
- Maintain HR records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Owning the HR Exit process documentation and communication.
Employee Relations:
Assist in handling employee queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Contribute to fostering a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and well-being initiatives handled by the HR team.
Exceeding expectations:

- Analyze HR data to identify patterns and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure HR processes and practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:
- High level of action orientation.
- Willingness to explore various methods and technological innovation to continuously improve processes and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role, with at least 1 year of experience in HR and payroll processing.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
- Familiarity in using HR software and systems, with experience in maintaining an HR MIS.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive HR information.
