Role Description

Ambe NS Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Full-time HR Recruiter to join our team in Ghaziabad. In this on-site role, the HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for hire. The HR Recruiter will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, provide guidance regarding successful recruitment strategies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and contribute to creating a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 6 months of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Thorough knowledge of HR Recruitment laws and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and evaluate candidates
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Experience in a Manufacturing or Agricultural industry is a plus
• Knowledge of payroll functions and regulations is a plus
• Certification(s) in HR or Recruitment is a plus
