This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at AlphaNeon Studioz in Mumbai. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources activities to support the company's workforce.

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
