Job Description:
Abhasa Rehab & Wellness is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive - HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about human resources management and possess the skills necessary to support our employees needs and contribute to our organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Statutory Handling:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure company policies and practices remain compliant.
2. Grievance Handling:
- Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
- Investigate employee complaints and work towards resolving issues to promote a positive work environment.
3. Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
- Manage the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees.
4. Employee Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems and processes.
- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and support managers in addressing performance issues.
5. Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Organize employee events, activities, and recognition programs to foster a positive work culture.
6. Employee Retention:
- Identify factors influencing employee retention and develop strategies to address retention challenges.
- Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention efforts.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in HR roles, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
