We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Executive with a strong background in Finance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources and financial operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and regulations
Handle employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection process including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
Manage Employee Benefits And Compensation Plans
Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate employee development programs
Financial Management
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization
Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements to inform key business decisions
Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations
Monitor cash flow and financial performance of the organization
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations, and financial management principles
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS and financial management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
