Rose International is growing at a rapid pace and currently seeking a qualified, highly skilled, and organized self-starter to join our Human Resources (HR) Department as Director of HR. The Director of HR will oversee and lead the company's HR initiatives and the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
Minimum/Required Qualifications:
Master Degree in Human Resources, Management, MBA-HR, PGDBM-HR, or other related field required
5+ years of relevant human resource operations experience as director or equivalent role.
People oriented, results driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented
In-depth knowledge of HR systems, databases, labor and employment regulations, and HR best practices
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, active listening, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Strong ability to communicate clearly and efficiently (verbally and in writing)
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment and for developing and implementing strategies for the effective delivery of human resources/employee relations services to all company employees and across multiple jurisdictions in USA
Assess business needs, identify potential gaps in employee engagement/morale and company policies and procedures, and develop/implement HR solutions and improvement measures.
Advise and collaborate with department heads and management to address and resolve workplace and company-compliance issues proactively and facilitate risk mitigation
Provide daily leadership for a staff of assistant managers, generalists, and specialists
Oversee, manage, and conduct workplace related investigations and complaints and provide recommendations for strategy and solutions
Design, recommend, and implement programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career development
Facilitate training to internal employees on HR-related topics, including but not limited to performance management and workplace policies
Ensure company compliance with state mandated HR-related trainings for all employees
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor and employment related issues (including but not limited to wage and hour, terminations, FMLA, Title VII, ADA/ADAAA, and FCRA) and immigration-related issues (including but not limited to employment-based visas, I-9s, and evaluating work eligibility)
Perform any additional duties as necessary for business functionality
