Summary
We seek a strategic HR Director to lead our HR department. This role focuses on developing HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and driving continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on recruiting IT and digital marketing talent.
Responsibilities
- HR Leadership: Align HR strategies with company goals. Advise senior management on HR matters.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment, focusing on IT and digital marketing. Implement effective onboarding and development programs.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal systems. Provide coaching for managers and staff.
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive programs to attract and retain employees.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Organizational Development: Enhance organizational culture and support change management.
Experience & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in HR management, with 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
