Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Director with a core expertise in recruitment to lead and enhance our talent acquisition. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions with a primary focus on recruitment, helping us attract top talent and build a dynamic, diverse workforce. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead recruitment initiatives, optimize hiring processes, and contribute to an inclusive, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain high-quality candidates aligned with our organizational goals.
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, forecast talent requirements, and develop proactive recruitment plans.
- Build strong employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility and attract a diverse talent pool.
- Monitor team metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies to achieve hiring goals.
- Design and implement efficient recruitment processes and candidate assessment tools to improve hiring quality and reduce time-to-fill metrics.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal hiring regulations, company policies, and diversity and inclusion best practices.
- Leverage data analytics to measure recruitment success, identify bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions to improve hiring outcomes.
- Work closely with department heads to align recruitment efforts with business goals, support workforce planning, and address staffing challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
- Oversee HR functions related to onboarding, retention, and employee engagement to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle.
- Implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen the company's culture and foster an inclusive, engaging work environment.
Requirements::
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior recruitment or talent acquisition role.
- Proven experience in designing and executing large-scale recruitment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR analytics.
- In-depth understanding of employment law and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting for recruitment metrics.
- Skilled in change management, with the ability to implement and adapt recruitment strategies in a dynamic environment.
- High ethical standards with a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
