Job Description for HR Coordinator:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and practices.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other professional development activities for employees.
- Organize and coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and other HR-related initiatives.
- Participate in and support various HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
