Responsibilities
Responsible for HR Life Cycle
Strong holding in Coordination in Internal Team / Recruitment Vendor
Responsible for Coordinate with the Different Different Department / Stake Holders & get the open Position
Strong Holding on Coordination / Mail Communication
Coordinate with the HR Team / Recruitment Vendor & schedule the interview
Handle the Interview Schedule through the Telephonic/ Google meet/ F2F interview
Follow up with Team Manager / Department and assist with the candidates transition and on boarding process
Know your area of expertise (specialised industry or job function)
Research and develop recruiting leads
Handle the Smooth procedures of Hiring / On boarding/ Attrition
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
Follow up with offer candidates for Joining / Induction Training
Requirements
Proven working experience in recruiting Coordination / Mail Communication
Deep understanding of recruitment processes / Coordination with Department
Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
Client focus along with relationship building skills
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Education Require Skill
Any Graduate / MBA
