Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Delpath. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and HR functions, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for new hires and terminations.
- Conduct exit interviews and compile feedback to improve HR processes.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and escalating complex cases to senior HR staff as needed.
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, performance reports, KPIs and metrics for management review.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Client Interaction:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored HR solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR or recruitment role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles.
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a recruitment agency setting.
- Knowledge of the financial institutions and banking sector.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
