Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
Providing administrative support for HR-related processes performance review coordination, goal setting and annual appraisals.
Drafting HR documents, such as employee increment letters, promotion letters etc.
Record Keeping
Maintaining and updating employee records in the HR information system (HRIS) or other databases.
Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Maintaining strict confidentiality with all sensitive HR information.
Project Assistance
Participating in HR-related projects, such as implementing new modules in the HRIS.
Providing support in various HR initiatives aimed at improving HR processes.
Key Competencies
- Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact positively with employees at all levels within the organization.
Teamwork: Willingness to support the team and contribute to shared goals
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
