Human Resources Consultant

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong client engagement skills and extensive experience in end-to-end HR processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement people-centric solutions to meet client expectations.
• Simplify and deliver solutions to complex business problems.
• Facilitate and manage organizational culture in line with client expectations.
• Advise and influence managers and senior leaders.
• Foster strong relationships with client groups and leverage core HR teams.
• Manage and drive change across the organization.
• Implement people programs such as performance management, compensation, and talent development.

Required Experience and skills:

• Postgraduate in HR or MBA in HR.
• 5-7 years in HR, with a proven track record in areas like HR operations, including talent development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
• Expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Naturally proactive with an empathetic approach to situations.
• Translate business strategy into HR actions.
• Experience in creating and executing HR processes and policies.
• Thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
